Dr. Moulder has a special interest in sporting/working dogs and dentistry but always enjoys the unique challenges presented by each patient.

Dr. Jamie Molinelli Veterinarian
From an early age, Dr. Molinelli had a love for animals. She brought home many stray dogs, cats, and pigeons only to have her parents tell her to “take them back!” Her true inspiration was her childhood veterinarian in downtown Washington, D.C.
Dr. Molinelli graduated from the University of Maryland at College Park with a Bachelor of Science degree in animal science. She received her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine in 1986. After a short career in mixed animal practice, Dr. Molinelli was a founding staff member of the Animal Emergency Center which is now the Pet+ER in Towson. Dr. Molinelli transitioned to private practice in 2000. Her focus has remained intensive care and internal medicine. To expand her horizons, Dr. Molinelli studied veterinary acupuncture at the Chi Institute in Reddick, FL in 2002 and became a Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist in 2008. Dr. Molinelli combines progressive Western medicine and complimentary modalities, with an emphasis on Traditional Chinese Medicine. She believes this combination offers the most balanced veterinary care for her patients.
Her practice philosophy is one of great client communication, dedicated animal care and enriching the human-animal bond. She currently resides in Middle River, MD. In her off time, she enjoys cooking, gardening, hiking, boating, and spending time with pets, family, and friends.

Stacey
Since middle school I have always enjoyed all different animals. Grew up around livestock, and small animals. During high school I got to explore more into the medical side of animal care and fell in love. I started with Equine studies, moving to college-based animal sciences, which led to my first Vet Med job as a kennel assistant. I've moved up from there to assistant in general practice, then to a technician in ER, neurology and Physical therapy practice.
Outside of work I enjoy traveling with my husband Mike and 2 kids. Outdoors, hiking, swimming, camping and the beach are our favorite places to be. I also love working with a rescue to be a foster mom to dogs and cats to find their forever homes.
Raegine
Raegine, also known as Rae, was born and raised in Baltimore MD, where she currently resides.
Since the age of 8 years old, she knew that veterinary medicine was her calling but it was really set in stone when she met a Great Dane at the age of 10. That day, she knew she needed to get her foot in the door.
Rae has worked for 2 “pop-up” veterinary teams and 1 full service veterinary team prior to joining BVC in 2022. She has really enjoyed getting acclimated to the ebbs and flows of all that veterinary medicine has to offer as well as getting to know her co-workers and all the amazing clients and patients BVC serves.

Alina
Alina was born in Yekaterinburg, Russia but was adopted at 6 months old and brought to Baltimore, Maryland by her family and has grown up in the area ever since. She developed a passion for animals at a young age and knew she wanted to work in the veterinary field as a way to combine her passion for biology and animals, starting in the
field in 2019.
She has stacked up knowledge and experience from her time at other hospitals and is always wanting to learn more! She found that being able to confidently assist pets and their owners was very rewarding and something she wanted to continue to pursue. After a short break at culinary school, she found us at BVC and is loving the transition back into the field.
Alina has a pit mix named Tux that she adopted in 2018 and wants a golden retriever some day. In her free time, you can find her listening to music & snuggling with her pup, cooking a delicious meal, or watching crime shows. She hopes to continue her education in the field by returning to school sometime in the near future.
Kris
Growing up with many dogs and cats, Kris started talking about working in the veterinary field during the 5th grade. From first volunteer job at age 15, to accepting his first position as a veterinary assistant, Kris developed a strong interest for joining the medical team. From there, he quickly blossomed into a senior technician, dabbling in everything from preventative care, emergency medicine, soft tissue and orthopedic surgery and neurology.
After having to say goodbye to his oldest cat, Jazzy Girl, Kris realized there was more to pet ownership and companionship than he thought. From then, Kris became dedicated to improving communications between the client and the medical team. He knows that a strong and positive relationship with the pet owner allows for even better care for the pet. Kris has even taken the time to sit and speak with clients about making tough decisions.
When Kris isn't working, he can be found spending time with his partner and two bengals. Kris has also been a supporter of the performing arts and can be found singing, dancing and performing/teaching colorguard in his free time.
Ruthie
Ruthie is a Baltimore native who has an inherent reverence for all living beings. At 21 years old, she adopted her first pet, Neutral, a chow mix from Austin, Texas and through him, she found her first true love. She became interested in animal welfare in 2009, after reading about the rehabilitation of dogs who were mistreated and abused. This inspired her to work directly with dogs by providing positive interactions, excellent care, and socialization. Since then, Ruthie worked in the animal care industry as the General Manager of several dog daycare and boarding facilities in Baltimore.
In her spare time, Ruthie enjoys long-distance biking and hiking. She also enjoys playing board games with her family as her cat, Shosh, supervises the fun. She's very excited to join the team at Belvedere Veterinary Center.
